All right, everyone, this is a poem I wrote in corrilation with a story that I wrote (that means, the poem is from the story, called Rhyming Love) about a girl named Artemis who completely woos the heart of Stan, the narrator of this poem, to possess him to write it. Enjoy!

She held her head high-
High above all,
A goddess that's what her
Name was, that,
Artemis Dupery.
Goddess, oh she was,
With fair hair and hazel
Eyes that pierce the soul.
She's into people, me,
With clarity not expected from
One so young, just
Seventeen and so was I,
Languishing in our torrid
Affairs and mundane lives.
No one could see
Me the way she could.
That goddess, that girl.
