~Daddy, I Love You~

Daddy, I love you,
You know that I do
I just find it so hard,
So hard to tell you.

Daddy, I love you,
You never hit me
But told me I was wrong
While I sat on your knee.

Daddy, I love you,
Even when you fight
And argue with Mommy
All through the night.

Daddy, I love you,
Even when we left you
I was so lost and unsure
I didn't know what to do.

Daddy, I love you,
And when we saw you
You called me Jack
I hated that too.

Daddy, I love you,
And when you smoke
Don't poison my lungs
Or make me choke.

Daddy, I love you,
Even when you lie
And put all the pressure
On me, makes me cry.

Daddy, I love you,
You say you have no job
When clearly you do
Makes me cry and sob.

Daddy, I love you,
When you made Mommy cry
Because she had no money
Because you had to lie.

Daddy, I love you,
I know you have money
You've bought a new van, house and furniture
How come we don't get any?

Daddy, I love you,
Even when you met Her
I'll never disobey
But I'll never call her Mother.

Daddy, I love you,
For all the bad things you've said,
All the bad things you've done
Makes me wish I was dead.

Daddy, I love you,
I know that you care
But you don't understand
And you make life unfair.

Daddy, I love you,
I know you do too.
You just find it so hard
To say that you do.
