Luna shuffled up to the door and stopped. A hand, wrapped to the fingers in fishnet, went out to rest on the cracked and fading stone. It was chilly that evening; his breath came out in thin, smoky wisps that danced and then faded on the winter breeze. Already the night birds and predators were beginning to stir under the half crescents of Shina's two moons; somewhere nearby a predator howled, eager for the first hunt of the night.

A smirk touched the rabbit's lips as claws brushed the extravagantly carved vines and flowering blooms that adorned the heavy double doors. How many times had he studied these markings before entering to meet her? How many times had his path brought him here, to this cathedral, to the beauty within? It was a pleasant thought, one that would not leave his mind so easily. She had never deserted his mind for any length of time.

Stone scraped against stone as the doors were pushed inwards. Delicate shadows of color brightened the once-sacred cathedral; the moonlight filtered in through windows of painted glass, giving the room a somewhat gentle feel. Down the aisle, past the pews of skillfully engraved marble and wood, stood a corrupted altar, now instead ornamented with a bed of velvet and lace. Parapets of crumbling white marble held up a thin veil of black silk above the mattress, also hanging down to obscure what rested on that bed from wandering eyes.

Luna breached the distance quickly, boots reverberating against the fraying carpet that crowned the walkway. Curtain was parted and dark emeralds lifted to meet hers. She was splayed across a sheet of crimson that looked much like spilt blood. Grey fur was clad in only a bodice of vinyl and tights of white and black, the feet cut from the bottom to allow comfort for those cloven hooves. Wings were folded gracefully down the ridges of her spine, and the horn that spiraled out from the middle of her forehead seemed to cast its own glow as it caught the renegade flickers of candlelight.

"Ultraviolet," he greeted quietly. He perched on the edge of the mattress and drew his knees up, not daring to come any further until he was willed.

Ultraviolet watched him without a word. A smile, touched at the edges with mirth and maybe a little bit of mischief, graced her lips. "You're late," she whispered. Hands folded themselves in her lap, and Luna couldn't help but to follow those fingers with his eyes; he swallowed as he took in her naked waist and that glistening dampness so voraciously displayed between her thighs. This was exactly what she had intended, and her expression was one of delight. "Do you like?"

Luna nodded. "How could I not?" He crawled forward on hands and knees, eyes never leaving her body. When he reached one of her hooves, he graced it with a kiss, and searched upwards for approval. His only response was a nod; this, however, was good enough for him. Ears laid back, his own arousal pressing hard against the vinyl skirt that did very little to cover him, he continued upwards with those tender kisses and fleeting touches that would leave her breathless by the end of the night. That was always his goal, and he had never failed.

He skipped over her waist and instead crawled into her waiting arms, his lips meeting hers as his body pressed tight against her. Ultraviolet laughed quietly into the kiss, wrapping her knees around him. "I love you," she murmured softly against his cheek after they had broken, her breath a soft tingle against that creamy brown fur.

Luna smiled; he didn't need to return the phrase for her to know that he too shared that same feeling. She knew it, and knew it well. He pulled back a bit to gaze at her, focusing on that emerald-green gaze, the way her lips moved as she wet them against her tongue. His expression grew thinner and lighthearted and he moved in for yet another of those warm kisses.

Ultraviolet shifted a bit beneath him, wings spreading outwards so that she could lay back more comfortably against the array of plush pillows that ornamented the mattress. She pulled him down with her, over her, happy to be there with him and only him, letting the world fade away for that one moment that would forever brand itself into her mind. She swept his raven hair, patterned in some places with lush scarlet, behind his shoulders and kissed him a final time before placing her fingers firmly against his chest, pushing him up a bit.

Luna blinked, glancing down at her curiously. Her response was only a smirk, and she motioned him back onto his knees. He obliged without question. She slowly and meticulously rose herself, crawling forward and towards him. Fingers slid along his thighs, pushing the vinyl of his skirt upwards until it revealed his throbbing member. He swallowed quietly, but that was all.

She rested down on her front beside him. Tongue snaked out quickly, the spiked barbell that studded the middle catching the few droplets of his anticipation before they stained the sheets. He gasped inaudibly at the feel of the heated steel, at the balmy saliva that coated him wetly. Fingers trailed down the spiral of her horn before coming to rest on her hair, brushing at it lovingly before fisting tightly, holding her down.

Ultraviolet never minded in the least. She let him guide her and descended once more, taking his solid member firmly past her lips. Luna swallowed dryly; the feel of her was far from alien, yet it always gave him a rush of strong, vivacious adrenaline that gripped at his muscles and left him breathless. She began by sliding her tongue up and down him with an arduous rhythm that left him clawing at the sheets for an end to the dizziness that had possessed his mind. It shocked his system and nearly made him forget where he was. But she was always like this; she was his very own disease.

She took him deeper, pushing at his boundaries, probing his limits. He felt, quite vividly, the back of her throat closing around the tip of him and a shiver ran up the back of his spine, dancing over his vertebrae. The muscles in his shoulders tensed and his back arced impulsively. A soft groan ravaged his lips as the world faded and became a haze of red. All he could think of was her.

Ultraviolet quieted a chuckle as his fingers tightened into her hair and his hot liquid burned her mouth, and she swallowed easily, casually, as if it were standard practice - which it was. Luna was in a state of euphoria as he fought with himself to get his breathing and pulse back to a normal rate. Ultraviolet slid back up, sitting on the backs of her knees as she watched him. After a moment he opened his eyes, those greens shining brightly, and looked at her. The attraction was the same. He had never been more in love with her as he was now, sharing between them this divine moment that would never cease to amaze him. He exhaled and nodded his thanks to her. She smiled.

He fell into her then, the two of them discarding the rest of their clothing and relaxing against the cool silk that was warmed by their naked bodies. Ultraviolet's wings folded around him, and he melted into her, making them seem One and the same upon first glance. The last thing Luna saw before he slept were the dark splashes of red canopy that seemed to drown them in its' shadowy haze.
