Rothley stepped into the room, he had an angry look on his face as he
spoke, " YOU! CHANGELING!" he spoke as loud as he dared, "What do you think
you are doing? Tesarinne are you alright? Did that, thing hurt you?"
"No, father, I'm all right. Honest, he did not hurt me, he was just talking to me." Tesarinne tried her best to calm her father.
"Rothley, please, call another girl in, your choice, I will talk to all of them ssssseperately, you may be present if you musssst." Tek spoke.
Rothley quickly moved to the door, glancing back every so often. The rest of his daughters had already gone back to their room, so it would take him a while to explain, get one, and come back. Tek knew this, and was planning on it. As soon as the door shut and Rothley's steps could be heard retreating. The changing of Tek's body could be heard once again. Tesarinne flinched at the sound.
"Please, think about this offer." The look in Tek's eyes as he removed his hood once more to Tesarinne melted her heart. Such a look of longing, devotion, and emotion filled them. Tesarinne had to look away, Tek's eyes were too entrancing.
"I.I..I don't know." she spoke with a stutter. Tesarinne felt one of Tek's soft hands lift up her chin to have her eyes look him in his own.
"Please, think about it."
Tesarinne was once again forced to look into those deep and soulful pools that were his eyes. She came to a rash desicion, only because she knew from his eyes, all his intentions were good.
"I'm coming with you." She spoke silently, as if not at first sure of her words. There was a long pause since anyone had last spoken. Tek's hand had fallen away in a defeated manner and he looked out a nearby window.
"What?" Tek's head darted back in her direction. His eyes searching for some sort of clue as to what had just happened. He could not believe she had just agreed. After a minute of searching for some clue, he figured that her response was genuine, and a smile appeared on his face. His face hovered over hers, just taking in her scent, her features, and of course her eyes. Just as he lent in to kiss her, Rothley burst through the door. Tek and Tesarinne jumped apart from each other, and Tek, replacing his hood, turned away just in time to prevent Rothley from seeing his true appearance.
