No one sees the pain,

Just another tragic teenagers,

Pouring their souls out in tears.

No one sees the loneliness,

Just another misfit,

Who should be left alone.

No one sees what normal,

Only what is different,

And what can be talked about behind their back.

No one sees the pain,

Or no one cares,

Just another case of the awkward teenage years.

Bittersweet excuses,

Not to get involved,

With the one who's ugly,

Ugly due to difference.

But from the outside,

Looking in,

I'm not the ugly one,

Rather them.
