For what reason do i?
Wholeheartedly dedicate myself to you?
For what reason do I?
Devote my valuable time
To commend you,
The spirit that impairs the
Conscience of those beings who sadly,
Aren't of your superiority?
In what depths of my soul
Do I find the power
To not only enhance you stature
But embellish your emotional well-being
By letting you mutilate
The healthy thought that I have?
What purpose do I seek
In all of my mind
To treat you as the almighty person
What you claim yourself to be?
Why do I have the mentality
That you are superior in all form
And that I cannot appose you?
You - the shallow, indomitable person
That you've proved yourself to be
You- the potent force
That subdues the fragile
Thereupon we yet feel obliged
To honor your presence
And if we choose not
To respond to your outcry
You wish nefarious evil upon our souls
And you penalize us
By revoking our rights as mortal beings
By not letting us state our opinions
And considering us rebels
If we don't abide by your every call
You - the one who
Subliminally threatens us
By brainwashing us
To adhere to the words you speak
And if we choose to differentiate
Our thoughts
You act hostile and brash towards us
Us - the individuals
Who you choose to ignore
Except when you feel the need to feed
Your hunger for twisted pleasure.
I dare not question your authority
I choose not to face you
I choose not to respond
To your ignominious ways
I can only silently laugh
At your stubborn ignorance
And pretend to obey
Your greedy whims.
Wholeheartedly dedicate myself to you?
