"Oh my Bowie!" Emily sighed breathlessly at Ashley as the four of them left the room.
"I KNOW! That is so cool!" Ashley whispered back.
"Ash!" Ashley spun around at the sound of Daniel's voice. Giving him a hug, she grabbed Caleb.
"Meet Caleb!" She said.
Daniel grinned, "Caleb as in the one on the computer?"
Caleb nodded, "It's nice to see you actually awake. Usually on your web cam you have passed out or something."
Daniel laughed, "Yea.... It's cool you're going here... crap... I have to get to Chemistry. Bye, Ash, love you!"
"Love you," she replied as they walked down the hall toward U.S. History.
"Excuse me, aren't you the girl from Geometry?" a voice asked. Emily froze.
Ashley turned and grinned at David Bowie, "Yes, she's the girl from Geometry."
"Oh. Well can you all tell me where the U.S. History room is? It says room C 6, and I've absolutely no bloody idea where that room is..."
"That's where we're going. I'm Christina Howe. This is Caleb Monroe and Ashley Max-"
"I can talk, Christina. I'm Ashley Maxwell!" Ashley replied bouncily.
"I'm Emily," Emily whispered.
"You're my fan, aren't you?"
Emily nodded, unable to speak.
"Actually," Caleb began, "We all love you dearly, except Christina."
"Yeah, she hates you," Ashley said. Emily giggled.
"I do NOT hate him!" Christina argued.
"Suuure..." Caleb muttered.
"Wow. I didn't think anyone here would know who I was, except a teacher or two, I figured," David commented as they walked along the hall toward the room.
"So, why are you in Tennessee anyway?" Caleb asked.
"Oh... Iman did a search for high schools on the computer after deciding I needed my diploma... she chose a 'random' school. So here I am."
Ashley nodded, as if she knew what he was talking about.
"Do you know how much we worship you?" Emily finally asked.
David grinned, "A lot? In fact... I seem to remember getting a letter from two teenage girls stating they'd give their lives if it meant saving mine. Wouldn't be you two would it?" David had an odd twinkle in his eye.
Ashley and Emily beamed. "That was all Em's idea, ya know," Ashley commented, trying to help her friend get more attention from her idol.
They all frowned as they got to the room, sitting down in seats together.
Luckily, the teacher was nice and didn't make them change seats.
They were all just beginning to doze off, wondering why this class couldn't be eventful or something, when Emily let out a squeak.
"Miss Black?" The teacher asked, "Is something wrong?"
Emily shook her head really hard, tears springing to her eyes.
Ashley, looking at her friend, began to laugh. She almost fell out of the seat, but luckily Caleb caught her. "IT'S IN HER NOSE!" Ashley laughed.
"What's in her nose?" the teacher, Mr. Nelson, asked, walking over.
"My eraser... you know those pointy ones?" Ashley asked. "Well, I let her borrow one... er... well, she can keep it now..."

Ashley, David, Caleb, Christina, and Daniel were all sitting at the lunch table, eating lunch when Emily came back. She was grinning fro ear to ear.
"So, Em, what's that make? A quarter, a piece of candy, a junior mint, and now an eraser?" Ashley asked.
Caleb nodded, "Don't forget the sweet tart that time I met you all. And the bead when she was trying to make a necklace."
"Oh yea," Ashley giggled.
Emily stuck her tongue out, but giggled. "So, David... do you like classes so far?" she asked, finally finding her voice around him.
"Well, I guess. I don't understand that effing Geometry though."
"Ew, me either... KK said he got it though," Ashley said.
Caleb shrugged, "A little bit."
"We can all get together at my house and study," Emily suggested.
"Or mine," David commented slowly. "I mean, Iman is still in New York and it gets rather lonely..."
"Great!" Ashley said excitedly.
"Can I come? Cause I have Geometry next and I just have this sick feeling I won't get it," Daniel said.
"Of course," David said with a smile. Then, turning to Emily, he grinned, "So you often get things stuck up your nose?"
"Erm... perty much," a new voice commented.
They turned to see their friend Jarrett Hall standing there.
"Hey, Jare-ness," Ashley grinned. "Have you met David Bowie?"
"Yea, sure he is. Anyways, let me just tell you all what I heard! I heard there's some ugly old man here, as a student!" That's when he noticed David.
"Who's this?" he asked.
"I'd be the ugly old man, David Bowie."
"Ooo... whatever freaks. I'll see you all later." With that, Jarrett walked away, shaking his head and muttering about delusional friends.
"Benny... five hours..." Ashley whispered, causing Emily and her to laugh until they cried.
They all sighed as the bell rang, signaling third period.
