Stars that sparkle fondly tonight
Shine so dimly upon the valley of doom
Inducing the sleepless a guiding light
Rekindling the dreams of obsolete gloom,
Teeming with essence of forgotten youth…
Shadows of deceit may lurks within crevice of hearts
Thus masks many fears and hide many lies
While shifting indiscreetly among the clouds,
Foolishly settle in bodies and souls
Tainting innocence and gave none back
A world that strives to be innocuous
Is nothing more than meets the eye;
Ensconcing behind shredded delusions
Unfettering its fury all the while
Withered and torn – such pity sight.
Alone I stand in the state of delirium
Gazing lightly at the naïve souls
Would there be hope and dreams for them I wonder
When all I see are stress and despair…?
As the night dance away amidst fears and frights
A flame, a glare display itself before me
The haze that mask the first dawning light
Soon succumb into the blinding glow
Imploring the goddess a sweet goodbye
Wandering forth together with the flow
In this inexorable moment,
I wander off to the horizon and there I find…pieces of myself
