I never thought I would see those eyes
Staring at me; through that hard cold disguise
Those deep brown eyes set only on me
Granting and fulfilling my final plea

The way you walked towards my smiling face
The feeling and pleasure I could almost taste
Of attention and love focused on just me
Granting and fulfilling me my final plea

I thought I would die before I hear you speak again
Our relationship landed heavily, leaving me drained
But now I hear your voice, and feel your eyes on me
Granting and fulfilling my final plea

N.B. My final plea.this poem is about a boy who has ignored me for nearly a
year because of a relationship gone wrong. All I ever wanted was for him to
acknowledge me, and, finally, he has. R+R?
