I hear her voice crystal clear
Smiling as bright as the sun
As we talk for eternities
Like the best of friends
I wait anxiously
As time passes by
At the speed of a snail
For I am almost there
She stands at the finish line
Arms wide open waiting for me
I felt like a part of me was lost
When she left to a far away place
It seemed like there was a grey little cloud
Over my head that wouldn't leave
But now it's gone
For I reached the finish line
And into the open arms that were awaiting me
I am really happy when
We bellow at the top of our lungs
While dancing like a gaggle of geese
As I am able to be with her
To know that she has not vanished
Off the face of the earth
And to another land
For she will always be
