Swirling anger clouding all thoughts
Clenched fists to keep from violence
A dizzying confusion that silences rationality
Standing- trying to make sense

A tiny thought crosses the mind
Glinting silver, sharpened steel
Pain multiplying in the heart
Until it drives you to the knife

The stainless- steel gliding across
Magnolia white skin broken by its power
Scarlet blood drops, thicken quickly
Dripping softly, bleeding out pain

Slowly order returns to mind
The thick cloud rolls away
The knife is stashed in a secret spot
Ready for next time
