The frustration we hold in thought
Brings nothing but deceit.
While figures wander through the dark
The moon admits defeat.
Let not the stars witness this day;
For once they shall be dim.
A face emerges in the fight;
Caught on by silent whim.
A parody of slaughters past,
The nameless face is fear.
Forever shall the moon be dead.
Why can't the sun appear?
For once let not the demons know
Of why you plan to stay.
Let the clouds move swiftly in,
Forever black and gray.
