ALL ALONE

AN: Well here's another one. This poem is basically how I picture my life,
as I grow older. I have no clue what lies ahead for me, but this is where
my life seems to be headed. Pathetic, I know. Enjoy.

Sitting in my house with 30 cats
And no kids to fill my home
The silence is so unnerving
Because I'm all alone
No late night talks or sharing thoughts
About our future here together
There's no lounging around all day long
Talking about the weather
No stolen kisses in the night
No cuddling on the floor
There's no dinner for the two of us
Dinner for one, I'm sure
An empty bed, a lonely house
Are cruel and pathetic facts
I just can't believe I'm all alone
With 30 frickin cats
