Demon's Eyes

Risen from the sepulcher
Tears of the demons leer,
Glaring as the angels see
The hidden halo within misery.

Seeking the halo, all eyes do search
Watching for the shadow, the angels see
As the cool shroud of misery
Conceals not agony, instead hides radiance
In its eyes.
