Alice in Wonderland
As Alice sits in her pile of "grass" and "weeds",
A little pink-eyed rabbit runs by,
Looking quite similar to Alice.
She follows with her bloodshot eyes.
She put down her rolled up parchment
And follows God's creature into the hole.
The air numbs her face as she falls and falls.
How deep does the rabbit hole go?
She found a bottle marked "Drink Me"
And drink she did, indeed.
She grew and grew quite "high",
But then decided to feed.
She found some "special brownies"
That with berries was marked, "Eat Me."
She went from up to down
Then danced with Tweedledum and Tweedledee.
She went on to attend a mad tea party.
Who knows what they put in the tea?
The mad hatter just said it was herbs
And she drank it down with glee.
She received advice from a caterpillar
As he smoked his lungs away.
He lazily sat on a magic mushroom
That Alice might have eaten earlier on in the day.
Her heart beat a frantic tattoo,
As she ran from the Queen of Hearts.
"I'm late. I'm late. I'm late. I'm late"
Yelled the nervous white rabbit with a start.
"I'm late. I'm late. I'm late. I'm late."
Drowsily mumbled Alice as she woke.
Her mother was sitting there shocked.
The poor lady was about to choke!
"You are under the influence and pregnant!
You are single and unwed!"
Her purple-faced mother raged on and screamed
"Off with her head! She's dead!"
"She's late! She's late!
She's late! She's late!"
Her own fate.
