Faded stones, gray and blue
Worn away by wind and water.
They twist, turn, confusing me
I see paths left behind,
Feel the aimlessly drifting souls of
Those that couldn't escape,
And never found their freedom.
Left,right,right,right, left
As the maze continues my
Heart races, I fear I'll
Be forgotten among the
Stones and vines,
But I know I have a guide,
Tugging at me until I see
The light on the other end.
Until I'm there, I
Say prayers for the ghosts,
Who have no breath,
Nor body anymore,
Still searching for the
Way out.
