Where is this utopia you spoke of?
That world where dreams were within reach?
I see nothing of the world you spoke of
I'm starting to think it does not exist
No matter, my dreams have been shattered before
Difference is, this time I believe it too
Don't blame yourself though, it's not your fault
Everyone thought the sugar coated dream was true
The world not really all that different
We just have more toys to busy the masses
It's not so brutal, but just as pointless
But such is life, I suppose
Besides, I know no other way
So I'll keep dreaming, always dreaming
Hoping that one day, maybe
The world will be that utopia you spoke of
