The sky was dark the next morning. A huge storm was coming, but for the moment, all the action was going on in the school.

"How could this have happened?" Principal Wall was almost running children down in the halls trying to find the source. When he arrived at school, everything seemed fine, but after seeing hundreds of students assembling, he knew something was up. They were all holding papers in their hands. After taking one away from a student and reading it, he began to panic.

"Something is rotten, here at Cathedral High School. I have recently discovered that some teachers here are corrupted. Some take from students when they know that they shouldn't, and some punish students for bullshit reasons. But if I have anything to do with it, there will be justice!

Believe me when I say that I will see you later…you might not know when, but I will see you!"

"Who wrote this?" Mr. Wall asked. "Was it you?" he grabbed the shoulders of the nearest student.

"N…no, Sir. I didn't." He was shaking.

"Was it you?" He grabbed another student with a paper.

"No."

"Mr. Wall, they're everywhere." Mr. Stevens came running up to him.

"Who ever didn't this is in big trouble!"

-----------------------In Class-----------------------

The principal made an announcement on the P.A. "Attention, students. As you all know by now, someone has posted papers all over the school. The information on it is false, and against school rules. At Cathedral High School, we do not tolerate this kind of behavior. We are a community, and we do not rebel against our cathedral family. Anyone caught trying to start some sort of paper against the administration or anyone else will be suspended. Expelled, if I say so. So, hopefully, I've gotten through to you and there will be no more of this nonsense. Thank you, and please wait for the bell."

The look on Corin's face was smug. She was happy with what she had done and gotten away with, but still felt that there was much more work to be done. Sarah couldn't help staring at the smiling girl in front of her. There was just something about it that she found odd, and soon, it hit her.

--------------------Detention----------------------

"It was you, wasn't it," Sarah asked.

"What are you talking about?"

Sarah pulled Corin to the side of the room where they couldn't be heard. Detention was a bit fuller than it was the day before.

"You wrote it, didn't you?"

Corin looked at Sarah, surprised that she was able to figure it out. "Well, I guess you're head is far too hard for all of your hairspray to seep into your brain and take away your thinking capabilities. I'm shocked," she said with a smile.

Sarah had had it. "Ok, what's you're problem, Corin? Why are you such a jerk? Why do you think you know me so well?"

"This conversation is over." She went to take the seat she had taken the day before. Sarah looked at her up until she had sat down and started typing at her laptop again.

Moments later, the lights started to flicker as lightning ripped through the sky. The storm had finally arrived and raindrops the size of quarters were falling of the floor.

Mr. Wall came into the room. "You're going to have to dismiss these kids. I was just watching the weather network in my office and they say that it's only going to get worse from here."

Mr. Stevens looked bored. "Well, you all heard the man. Get out of here!" he motioned for them to leave.

The children who were unlucky enough to have to stay behind all rushed to get out. While most of them headed straight for the bus shelter, Sarah looked at them with pity as she turned off the alarm for her convertible. As she adjusted the rearview mirror, she caught a glimpse of Corin, the only other person not in the shelter. It looked like she had to walk home.

"Poor girl," she said to herself. Corin was soaking wet and looked like she was cold. At that moment, however, Sarah saw the same girl that had managed to take her breath away the day before. She saw Coring in a state where she wasn't being a total bitch, and wanted nothing more than to just go over there and talk to her. "I'll drive her home," she said as she started the car.

Within seconds, Sarah pulled up next to the new girl. She honked her horn at her.

"Hey, get in. It's freezing out there."

"What it this, some kind of joke?"

Sara looked a bit insulted, but put it behind her to try and get Corin out of the rain. "No seriously. Get in. I'll drive you home."

"That's ok. I can walk."

Damn it, Sarah thought. Swallow your pride and get in!

"Fine, I guess you don't care what happens to your laptop, then. You know it's going to get soaked it the rain, right?" She smiled, knowing that she had found something that was important enough to her to make her get in.

Corin looked at Sarah, half expecting her to drive away if she moved closer to her car. Seeing no sign of deceitfulness on the girls face, Corin decided to get in.

"Th…thanks," she said nervously.

"It's no problem."

A/N: I know I haven't updated this since September, but I've been at fanfiction. I promise that I'll continue this though, if I still have any readers, so please review.
