A/N: I hadn't thought to have an author's note because, well, this thing is supposed to sound authentic and diary-like and everything and an author's note definitely starts it off wrong. But I just want to make something clear before this thing begins so you know what to expect and you aren't somehow disappointed, which I hope you won't be in any case...
The purpose of my Assassin Diary is to create a very very naughty butloveable character. I'm sick and tired of characters who are either boys or girls pretending to be boys and who become thieves or whatever but who are really royalty or Robin Hood types who are doing stuff for the good of mankind and give up their semi-evil ways in the end after justice is served. This is NOT that sort of story. Be prepared to watch this character kill people for money with little if any remorse and never give up being an assassin EVER.
And as far as romance goes? The only position it will have in this story is as a joke. Go somewhere else for your fluffy stuff, thanks. This is an assassin's diary, what do you expect? Okay, I'll stop now. Pretend that this note is nonexistent and the diary starts.....
Here.....

Now you go try some big, fancy organization and I will guarantee that they have some sort of, I don't know, journal, I guess, that they keep. Records! That's it! They call them records. Like Klancy's and Jonas's Elimination Firm. They've got twenty on their staff and they have a whole closet full of records of their past missions.
So I suppose that's what I'm going to do. You don't need to worry. I'll only go into detail if those details are particularly interesting/amusing. Though, what I find amusing is not always pleasant.
That would be because of my job, you see. I don't know how the fancy record-keepers do it. They probably start with a time and a date and a title. So let's start over. But I've already used up half a blasted sheet of paper so I jolly well don't plan to tear it out now. Paper costs an arm and a leg these days. But so does my job, literally, I guess, so I can afford to keep these records in this nice leather-encased book, but shnill if I'm going to tear out a whole sheet of paper now. Okay, trying again.
