Chapter One
As she opened her eyes to a foggy, un-familiar view, she tried to remember the night before. She had gotten into a newly open club, danced for a while, then sat the bar. She requested the strongest they had, but the bar tender refused to give it to her without proof that she wouldn't be driving herself home.
As she argued with the overly-buff-biker-looking womanshe felt a hand on her shoulder and turned to see a tall, tan man with hynotizing green eyes and an average build who introduced himself as Derek. He then, looking at the bar tender, simple said, "She'll have our strongest Ter." As the woman whome Derek mixed the drink Chakara found out he was 29 and owened the club.
When he asked her age, she looked down u-sure of how to answer. He handed her a drink and whispered in her ear, "Don't worry, I would never have anyone so beautiful thrown out of my club." She blushed, brushing her straight black hair from her almost grey eyes before quietly admitting to him that she was only 15 and just needed to get away from everything for a while. "We all have times like those." He smiled and took a drink for him self.
They talked for hours, as the drinks kept coming. She told him everything from fights with parents, to her recent break-up with a 3 year boyfriend. She wasn't quite sure why, but she trusted him, which is odd for at her school she's known as the girl who trusts no one, therfor speaks to no one. Maybe it was his eagerness to listen, or very possibly just the many drinks she had taken in, but she told him things she had never told anyone else before. Things she hadn't even really told herself before.
Her last memory was getting into his car. She figured she must have passed out on the way to his house from all the drinks. She tried to stand but the pounding of her head told her se should rest a while longer. When she again awoke she saw the same hypnotic green eyes from the night before staring down on her. With a wide smile on his face, Derek kissed her gently on the head and asked her how she felt.
