An Bean Uasal

Lean mé na gealach an deireadh na domhan

Agus an áit spéir i talamh cas le

Chonaic Bean Uasal ag caioneadh ar cruinne i mbaol

A dheoire d'iompaigh siad a abhainna na dobrón

Sí shúile bhí siad lion ó an brón na talamh

Agus sí aghaidh, an portráid na earráid daonna

Tit mo chroí mar dhearc mé an Mathair

Agus céard Sí clann deanta siad a Sí

Go bhfeicimid an domhan aiseagtha a sé iarglóir

Go bhfeicimid an Mathair miongháire arís

An talamh soilsíonn sé a geal a na griann oír

An seoid na tráth

I followed the moon to the end of the world

And where the sky and earth meet

I met a Lady crying for a universe in danger

Her tears turned to rivers of grief

Her eyes were full of the sorrows of the earth

And Her face, a portrait of human error

My heart fell as I looked upon the Mother

And what Her children have done to Her

May we see the world restored to its former glory

May we see the Mother smile again

A world as bright as the golden sun

The jewel of time
