There he was standing by the door

She lifted her head trying to see

Who the boy could be

She passed by

Her senses looking out

Watching him slowly

A moment came his eyes met hers

She melted like an ice cream under the sun

Stomach filled with the butterflies

Her eyes glistened

A sweet smile from her lips

He asked her name, she asked his name

Soon sounds of chatter came in

Laughter fluttered filling the room

His hand on her cheek sends a chill from the moon

The sun rises he kissed goodbye

She kissed his hand with a sigh

He let go of her, she let go of him

It was the end but a mark sinks

Deep down in her skin
