Right and wrong

By: Dearx

I looked up to you like a star in heaven

You were always right when I was wrong

You told me it would be fun.

I had my doubts and so I didn't.

You talked about its pleasure and its pain

…you couldn't get enough of it.

All until it did you in…

Now here I stand before you.

Books in one hand and a future before me

I see you in front of me…in your white silhouette

A child in your hand, a blade on the other.

Now who is right and who is wrong?

Cradle your baby for it sleeps

A new world unfolds just before you

Till the day we meet again…

Cradle her for she sleeps…
