Dark of Night

Tall and imposing they stand proud, like ten grey soldiers facing each other in silent combat.

Although cracks marr their rough surface and orange plants cling fast, not a single one dares to bow down to the other.

In two rows they line the sea of green, their round faces look straight ahead and only in the dark of night, do they resume their illuminated battle.

I got this idea from the huge lights that boarder the rugby field at school.
