Bramble Bush Rose

Bramble bush

I can't help but touch you

Cause I've reached my hand into

The deepest part of you

And touched the softest petals

Ever known to man

Upon the rose

Buried in the thorns

And I was cut for it

Deep and bad

The thorns are still imbedded

In my immortal hand

But it was worth all the pain

And if given the chance

I'd do it again

Everything I went through

All the scars I have from you

Are made worth it by that

Fleeting moment

When I touched the softest petals

Ever known to man

Upon the rose inside the

Dead bramble bush

Somehow I think the pain

Made the plesure even better

The thorns

Sharper than they looked

But the rose itself

More beautiful than the dawn

With a scent that harks an Angel

Coming down to heal my

Bleeding wounds

The softest petals

To ever bloom on this

Desolate deserted land

The thorns cut me so deep

But it was worth it

When I reached my hand into

The deepest part of you

And touched the rose

Hidden in the thorns

Of the dead

Bramble bush
