She's Falling

She prays every day for her heart to be saved

She cries each night for the lack of light

She fears her fears will worsen with the years

She hates those who lie and try to be great

But most of all she needs to fall and know she's still breathing

When the sun goes down she waltzes through her dreams

Each step she takes, each choice she makes

Comes back at a later date and haunts her mind

But she cannot cry, confirm the weakness in her eyes

Bravery is what she should obtain

She prays every day for her heart to be saved

She cries each night for the lack of light

She fears her fears will worsen with the years

She hates those who lie and try to be great

But most of all she needs to fall and know she's still breathing

In a trap, she squeals her truths

Reaching out subtly to me and you

She's stuck in her shell; she is locked up in her hell

She is broken, a mangled token of vital words unspoken

And she cries her sad eyes out all alone

She's falling all alone

She's collapsing on the inside

No one knows

Why she chooses to hide

She's falling

Falling

She's falling down

She's falling

She prays every day for her heart to be saved

She cries each night for the lack of light

She fears her fears will worsen with the years

She hates those who lie and try to be great

But most of all she needs to fall and know she's still breathing
