Chains

You need to break free,

You're pent up inside,

Chains aren't the ones holding you back,

It's you.

You're heart is tainted black,

Breathing has become harder,

You need to break their hold,

Break the chains and you'll be free.

You're slowly dieing,

The chains strangle you,

It's you're fault,

You put them there.

Blood drips slowly,

From the gashes that trail up your arms,

Burns brand your skin,

You're eyes are lifeless.

You wish you were different,

You wish you has been touched,

Or someone had seen you,

But chains hold you now.

It's to late,

You have met you're end,

They say the good die young,

But not when chains are involved.
