A/N: Thank you to everyone who has reviewed I received a lot of reviews on this and I am very thankful. The biggest thanks goes out to:
hatedxlife: thanks sooooo much for adding me to your favs. You boosted my ego drastically with your last review. I promise I already have an idea for another story you will love. No it's not a sequel to this, but I promise you it will be fantastic.
Pianogal: I think you have read everything I have wrote, and I thank you very very much.
I cant believe it over: I too cant believe it's over. I dont usually finish stories I write, but this one I really tried to do that, and I guess I was successful. Thanks for reading and reviewing.
Everyone else who reviewed (clodhopper, molestapeanut, Eneto, llama rok, alyssa, maria, sweetangel82, crystalswordgem, jappunkrockgrl638, sunchime,) thankyou also. If I missed anyone I am really sorry. Thanks again!
1 year later
"Yeah, so what," Annie said setting down her glass of iced tea. "I mean it's not like I planned this."
"Of course you did," Gail said looking at her with the biggest smile. "You knew from the moment you two danced at that reunion you were going to snag him back."
"Well," Annie said pausing. "Maybe the thought crossed my mind once or twice, but hey I made the right choice."
"Where is Mr. Right," she asked looking around the room curiously.
"Out buying more baby stuff," Annie said leaning back in her chair. "He has already bought a crib, a high chair, and even diapers."
"Is he that excited? I mean there is still four months to go."
"Yeah, he is really cute about the whole thing. Last night before we went to bed he kissed me, told me goodnight, and then he kissed my stomach and told the baby goodnight."
"Awe," Gail said taking a sip of her iced tea. "So how's Cole handling the whole big brother thing?"
"Fine," Annie said with a smile. "He is excited, but he tried not to show it. I think he really wants a brother, but we will just have to wait and see."
"Speaking of the devil," Annie said looking at the door where Ryan and Cole were walking in.
"Hey," Ryan said setting down several bags and then moving closer to Annie. He kissed her lightly then stepped back.
"Hey, Gail how's it going?"
"Fine," she said eyeing the bags. "What's in the bags?"
"Oh," he said picking up one of the bags. "Look at these adorable teddy bears me and Cole found." He handed one of them too Annie and then grabbed up the other bag.
"We also found this it's a gate that you put up when they start walking so they don't go into rooms that you don't want them in."
"Honey," Annie said handing him the teddy bear. "The baby isn't even born yet, they don't come out walking, ya know."
"Yeah, I know," he said smiling. "I just thought we should be prepared. I also found this book I think you might want to read."
He handed her the book and just the title made Annie laugh. "Are you ready for a child," she read aloud. "Thank you sweetie," she said with a smile. "It was really nice of you to think of me."
"You're welcome," he said turning around and starting to leave the room. "I promised Cole I would beat him at video games before dinner, so I better go before he freaks out."
Annie was laughing as Ryan walked out of the room. "He forgets that I have already been through this. Did you see that book? It was a book to let you know if you were ready to conceive a child or not."
"Little too late for that book," Gail said with a huge smile and a wink.
"Yeah, no doubt!"
Happy that's what Annie was for the first time in ten years. With the future bright and the past put behind her she had been able to move on. She didn't believe in fairy tales as a child, but the idea that Prince Charming actually existed was now more real than ever.
