bound here by night
never leave shards of sound
scream and suffer, longing for light
light that was never found

These are the ones without hope

covered in chains
chains without end
and left alone in the dark
blinded by darkness
and stained by deceit
crying out for something more

These are the ones without truth

lost in the cries
drowned by the tears
covered by fear of touch
taught by the lies
scarred by their eyes
shaking alone in the dark

These are the ones without love.

Hopeless and lost in a world of dark
crying alone on the floor
silently screaming and crying and shaking
and longing for something more.
