Forgive a Death of Beauty

The leaves upon the trees once lush and brightly green,

Now color upon the withered branch,

Fall to the ground curled and forever dead.

The days grow colder and soon snow falls from the sky

Burdening branches once decorated with mantels of green leaves and pink flowers

With white sparkling snow.

So cold, so freezing yet still so beautiful to behold.

Come spring the snow melts,

The emerald mantels and crowns of blooming flowers are seen again upon the trees.

A new beginning to life

A natural understanding and forgiveness

For the death of beauty.
