(This story is a music story. That means that a song is played into it. This will be The Ghost Of You by My Chemical Romance...the intro starts directly after the begining discription)

The rain was falling in huge drops that just seemed to never stop. Darkness was all that could be seen, save for two figures under a lamp post. The soft yellow light graced their outlines enough so that they could see eachother. Standing as close as they were their own details were visible enough to satisfy. One of the figures was taller than the other...a male. The rain had been falling on them for quite some time, and his hair being a bit long was wetted down quite well. The drops had soaked his black band T-Shirt with the logo for an underground band raidiating brightly in neon blue. His black Tripps had light glinting off of the many metal chains that hung from them. He stood...his black converse high tops becoming soaked with the run off, staring at the figure infront of him. Her dark hair graced her shoulders nicely, her black T-shirt with a pink skull on the bottom left corner was soaked fast to her as well. She was wearing a pear of simple black jeans with black and white checked Vans that were allowing her feet to get very cold and wet from the same run off water. They stand alone on a street corner under this light...with very few, if any, cars pasing them by.

"I'm never leaving you" The boy says quietly to the girl. She just stares up into his eyes...and though she is crying the rain is hiding it well.

I never.....said I'd lie and wait forever....If I did we'd be together now! I can't always just forget her.....

"But I've forgotten why we are together...." she says brokenly as she looks at her own feet.

But she could try!!

AT THE END OF THE WORLD!! OR THE LAST THING I SEE...YOU ARE
NEVER COMING HOME NEVER COMING HOME
COULD I?

"Could I hold you one last time?" He asks...with the tears straining his usually strong voice.

SHOULD I?

"Should I let him?" she thinks to herself, just staring into his face that appears to be solid as ice. She can see it in his eyes that he is melting inside but can't be sure of how to react...so she does not answer...she just keeps thinking.

AND ALL THE THINGS THAT YOU NEVER EVER TOLD ME
AND ALL THE SMILES THAT ARENEVER ever....
Ever g
et the feeling like she's never...ALL ALONE
And I remember now...
At the top of my lungs in my arms...

She falls into his arms and he wrapps them around her tightly. She begins to sob into his shoulder and tears start to pour out of his eyes. They continue to just stand there...crying as they hold eachother.

SHE DIES!! She DIEEEEEEES!!!
AT THE END OF THE WORLD...OR THE LAST THING I SEE...YOU ARE
NEVER COMING HOME

Through his sobs he breaks the silence..

"So are you ever coming back?

NEVER COMING HOME
COULD I? SHOULD I?
AND ALL THE THINGS THAT YOU NEVER EVER TOLD ME

"You never told me you loved me..." she whispered in his ear

AND ALL THE SMILES THAT ARE NEVER GONNA HAUNT ME
NEVER COMING HOME NEVER COMING HOME
COULD I? SHOULD I?
AND ALL THE WOUNDS THAT ARE NEVER GONNA SCAR ME!
FROM ALL THE GHOSTS THAT ARE NEVER GONNA CATCH ME...

"But I do...." he began...

If I fall.....If I fall....Down

He falls to his knees and holds onto her tightly, never ceasing crying. The water has become so deep that is splashes all around his legs. She kneels down and takes his face into her left hand, holding his hand with the other.

AT THE END OF THE WORLD...OR THE LAST THING I SEE

Thunder cracks loudly while they just sit on the soaked sidewalk, crying and looking at eachother.

YOU ARE NEVER COMING HOME NEVER COMING HOME...
NEVER COMING HOME NEVER COMING HOME
AND ALL THE THINGS THAT YOU NEVER EVER TOLD ME
FROM ALL THE SMILES THAT ARE NEVER GONNA HAUNT ME
NEVER COMING HOME NEVER COMING HOME
COULD I? SHOULD I?
AND ALL THE WOUNDS THAT ARE NEVER GONNA SCAR ME
FROM ALL THE GHOSTS THAT ARE NEVER...

(the organ plays out the last notes)

"Show me again...." she whispers to him. He looks up and presses his lips softly against hers, locking them into a deep passionate kiss.
