We pulled up to the house and I sighed when I saw how many cars were out front.

"What's going on?" my friend Mark asked.

"It looks like my sister is having a party," I said, pulling into the driveway, at least they had left me a spot. We all climbed out of the car and I opened the door to be greeted by loud music, laughter and talking.

"Sam!" I heard and next thing I knew I was picked up and swung around.

"Hey Bobby," I said when he had put me down and smiled up at him.

"Who's all this?" he asked looking at my friends.

"This is Mark, Tanya, Dave, and Chris," I said pointing them out.

"Hey guys, I'm Robert, you can call me Bobby," he said and disappeared into the crowd.

"Sam," Tanya said turning me around. "Was that Robert Kinnett?"

"Last time I checked," I replied.

"Wait, Robert Kinnett, as in Rodger on Netherworld?" Chris spoke up, her brown eyes growing wide.

"That'd be the one," I said.

"What is Robert Kinnett doing in your house?" she asked.

"Sammie Jo!" a voice called and I sighed before turning to see Adam Green, also a cast member and my current crush, heading my way and heard Chris and Tanya gasp.

"Oh my god!" Chris cried. "You're Adam Green," she said and almost started bouncing in place. Adam gave me a look and put his arm around my shoulders.

"That'd be me," he said, giving them a crooked grin and the other girls almost feinted. "Who's all this?" he asked looking at me.

"These are some of my friends; this is Tanya, Chris, Dave, and Mark. Guys, this is Adam Green, as you could tell from these two."

"Anyway, I need to get back to the party, I've got something to give you before I leave so I'm going to hunt you down," he said kissing the top of my head, waved to my friends and walked away.

"What are these people doing here?" Tanya said, grabbing my arm.

"They're having a party," I replied and started walking up the stairs.

"But why is the cast of Netherworld in your house."

"Probably because my sister belongs to that cast and we have the closest house to the set."

"What?!" Chris cried. "Who is your sister?" I looked at the four of them and sighed, I did not want everyone to know this.

"Amy Reynolds," I replied.

"Amy? As in Deborah?"

"Yes, that one," I said. "So this is my room," I said trying to change the subject.

"Can we meet them?" Mark asked.

"Maybe later," I said.

"Cool," Mark said and they started smiling.

An hour later I was sitting in my room playing Devil May Cry 2, my friends had made their way downstairs one at a time, when I heard the door open.

"What are you doing in here alone?" Adam asked, walking in and plopping down on the bean bag next to me.

"My friends decided to get to know the cast," I said, jabbing at the controls. Adam smiled and put his arm under my head.

"Yeah Chris has been following me around, luckily Tony grabbed her."

"Are you sure that's a good idea?" I said smriking. Tony was the other heart throb on the show, Adam being the first, and a major player.

"Yeah, I asked him to play nice."

"Good, thanks," I said. He watched me play for a few minutes before grabbing the control out of my hand. "Hey!"

"Hold on," he said, hitting the pause button and putting the controler down. "I have something for you, remember?"

"Yeah," I said, folding my arms.

"I wont be here for our birthday,my mom wants me to come home, I haven't been there in a while so I'm going to head out there." Yeah it was great, we shared a birthday and for the last three years we'd celebrated it together. He reached into his pants pocket and pulled out a small box and handed it to me. "I hope you like it," he said and I opened it and gasped, smiling happily. Inside lay a necklace with a gold heart on the endand a red rose on the bottom right side.

"It's beautiful," I cried, pulling it out.

"Here, sit up so I can put it on you." I nodded and sat up and he pushed my hair out of the way and I trembled slightly. "There," he said but he didn't pull away. I turned around slightly and noticed that we were very close and I noticed for the first time that he had golden specks in his green eyes. "Sam," he said quietly and I looked at his lips then back into his eyes as his face got closer. Just as he was about to kiss me, the door burst open and he jumped back.

"Hey," my sister said coming in, looking between the two of us. "What's going on?" she asked and I turned back to my game and Adam stood.

"Nothing, we were just talking," Adam said.

"Ok, well come down, everyone is asking after you," she said and Adam nodded before walking away, not looking at me. Amy waited for him to leave and turned back to me.

"He's too old for you Sam," she said quietly.

"Only three years," I said defensivley.

"Yes but you're only seventeen."

"I'll be eighteen soon." I heard Amy sigh and I glared at the wall.

"Just be careful kid," she said before leaving my room.

Several hours later most of the people were gone, most of the cast was in guest rooms and I went downstairs to fing Adam and my sister working on cleaning the place up.

"Do you guys need some help?" I asked.

"No, go up to bed you have school tomorrow," Amy said not looking up and I bristled, and almost said something about her not being my mom, but I stopped myself. Three years ago when I had been fourteen our parents had died. Amy is seven years older than me and was already on her way to a great acting career so we had never been close, we never really saw each other. When our parents died, she took me in instead of letting the state take me, I owed her alot. Sighing I turned around and headed back upstairs.
