A/N: Sorry, no twincest. ::blushes:: just brotherly love. I hope you'll read it anyways though! Review! Why is Aaron evil?

Chapter 1: Damn

"Fuck!" Cazen swore as his leg gave out from under him and he fell to his knees. Grabbing on to a locker for support, he tried to haul himself up again, to no avail. The pain was unbearable when he attempted to put any weight on it. I think this bitch is getting worse. The eighteen-year old thought. Matches, his German Shepard guide dog, nosed him comfortingly.

A strong arm wrapped around his chest and dragged him to his feet, supporting him by shifting to his waist. Cazen smiled as he looped an arm about the person's neck. "Hi, Aaron."

"Having problems staying on our feet today, are we?" Aaron laughed, nudging his twin's head lightly with his own. The two boys looked exactly the same, save the fact that Cazen wore dark glasses to hide his blind eyes. They had long, straight chestnut-brown hair and gray eyes, or at least Aaron did. They both had heavy builds, although Cazen's biceps were larger due to his tendency to lift weights out of boredom.

"Yeah." Cazen allowed his head to drop to his brother's broad shoulder. "Just help me get home. Please. This bitch is getting worse. I need to lie down for a while."

"All 'ite bro." Aaron ruffled his hair, laughing again.

"What exactly is wrong with you to-" Cazen stopped abruptly. "You smell funny." His brother had an odd smell hanging around him. The younger twin knew he had smelled it before, but he couldn't quite place it.

"No I don't!" Aaron began laughing seemingly uncontrollably.

"You're high." Cazen's voice became dangerous.

"No I'm not!" Aaron laughed again.

"Yes you are! Aaron, you're fucking high! I smell it on you!" Cazen looked (in a manner of speaking) at his twin incredulously. "You've been smoking pot, admit it!"

Aaron stopped laughing a bit. "So, maybe I did have a joint. Doesn't matter, k?"

"Yes, actually, it does! I don't want you mixed up in that shit!"

Aaron started getting angry. "Why is it your business!"

The younger twin found this slightly upsetting. His brother never got mad at him. "Because you're my twin, and I love you!" He said somewhat tearfully. "Pot is bad, and I don't want you on that shit. It's just bad! You're a good guy, and you deserve better!"

Now Aaron was really mad. He did something he'd never dreamed of doing before. He pushed Cazen down. "Leave me the fuck alone Cazen! Just leave me alone and get the FUCK out of my life!"

Cazen blinked back the tears. "I'm just looking out for you! Just because I'm the baby, and I'm crippled, and I'm blind, it doesn't mean I can't look out for you! I just want the best for you, because I love you. Is that so bad? Please, won't you just listen to me for once?"

"Fuck you." The older twin kicked him, before walking away and leaving him there, slumped against the locker.

Cazen didn't often cry, he was an eighteen-year-old boy who was brought up in a household that had a men-don't-cry principle after all. Sometimes when he was with Aaron, and thing were particularly bad, he would let go and shed a few tears, but he hadn't done that since his first guide dog, Pyro, died when he was about fifteen. Right then he was damn near close. He had to stop himself from breaking down completely. C'mon Caze, be a man. He told himself, running his hands through his long dark hair.

"Hey, is something wrong?" A soft female voice spoke the words.

It took Cazen a few moments to figure out the person was talking to him. He sighed. "Actually, yes. I can't exactly get up."

"Here. Let me help you." She grabbed his hand and helped pull him to his feet, where he leaned against the locker. She spotted Matches, who was licking her hand. "Oh, what an adorable dog!" She scratched Matches' ears, and the Shepard wriggled pleasurably. "Are you blind?" She asked casually.

Cazen nodded. "I'm everything my twin isn't. My leg is gimpy too, if you haven't noticed. But hey, I'm not complaining. I liked my life until about thirty seconds ago."

"What happened thirty seconds ago?" The girl asked, still petting Matches.

"My twin brother hates me for no reason." He sighed. "I'm Cazen by the way."

"Helena. You're not going to make it home on your own, are you?"

"Nope."
