She forbid me from forever,
Becoming what you are…
I live for years in torment,
Punished for no crime,

Jupiter glanced upon me…
My fall brought pity to his face,
So he called on his brother Pluto,
Bid him to come see me at a great pace…

He made me as dark as night…
At first I was joyous,
I could forget the pain,
I leaped in the air,
And soon learned of the bane…
I was forever to be the middle,
Neither of the ground or of flight,
I am bound to the Lord of Hell,
Bound to the God of Fight…
