WEATHER PRESENTER known as STAN

VIKINGS

The two ANCHORS are sat at their desk. They have just been telling the news in the manner of someone reading a child a bed time story.

ANCHOR WOMAN

And so after that, Rumple Doodle and Princess Foo-Foo were married, and lived happily ever after in their castle in the sky.

ANCHOR MAN

Now for the weather with Stan Valentine. How's it looking, Stan?

The camera pans round to STAN, dressed in a cheap suit with geeky glasses and a pointing stick, standing in front of a map of the UK and surrounding bits of countries.

STAN

Well on the whole the weather should be continuing much the same as it has been most of this week, with warm sunny spells over most of the country. Now as you can see, there's a strong force coming in from Norway, and-

On these words, there is a yell and as many VIKINGS as possible leap through the map and start to pillage the Television studio. They kick over tables, throw chairs over, trash things and terrorise the ANCHORS and STAN. A floor worker runs past screaming, chased by a VIKING wielding a club. STAN is fiercely trying to defend himself using his pointing stick, but the VIKING he is fighting manages to over power him and impales him on his own stick. The pillaging continues, and we see that the VIKINGS are winning; various TV presenters and crew are lying scattered across the floor. The VIKINGS celebrate.
