Do you remember me?

I was the Leopardess

With the orange and yellow paint

On my face

My fierce black spots

And dangerous eyes

Were enough to make you stare

And the unnatural state of my nose and mouth when I smiled

Made your friend laugh

Did you like my face?

I painted it myself

But now the masquerade is over

And there is no need for a leopardess

In theater or other demonstrations

So I have washed the paint off

And now there is no staring or laughing

Because I look like you

And that is nothing to laugh about
