The Prophet Of Islam
You guys can read it like a song...Muslims sort of sing it, but without music...known as Naats and Nasheeds.
- - -
In the midst of confusion,
Misleading illusions,
A Prophet came into this world;
A guider, a leader,
A light for believers,
He made happy each boy and girl.
- - -
An orphan, illiterate,
He knew for definite,
That Islam was the right way of life;
Rights for the ladies,
And life for the babies,
He banished abuse of the knife.
- - -
He was a connection,
Until resurrection,
He watches over each one of us;
Sharing each part,
Of our feelings and heart,
He was the most greatest and just.
- - -
A man who was strong,
And avoided all wrong,
He forgave and forgot all mistakes;
Simple and truthful,
With features so beautiful,
He worked hard for all of our sakes.
- - -
He is respected,
Each action reflected,
The desire for peace on this Earth;
He was kind and so caring,
Who avoided all swearing,
And was honest since his own birth.
- - -
A father and grandson,
A nephew and husband,
He was loved and cherished by all;
A figure who guided,
Those who confided,
The sins that had made them fall.
- - -
He was the light,
On the dark, empty night,
And he guided the footsteps we tread,
People would meet,
Him on the warm streets,
And hang on to every word that he said.
- - -
In the midst of confusion,
Misleading illusions,
A Prophet came into this world;
A guider, a leader,
A light for believers,
He made happy each boy and girl.
