Unheard

I scream,

I cry,

I laugh,

I hurt,

I beg,

But no one hears me as I yell,

No one hears my pleas

I give up eventually,

Retreating into my own,

Then I hide the real me,

And only my anger is released.

I no longer scream,

I no longer yell, laugh, cry or hurt,

I no longer need to be heard

I no longer beg,

I no longer plea,

But if I had one wish,

It would be for someone to hear me, please.
