NEED

what you always want

isnt always what you need

and a persons deepest desire

is often only what may please

but, sad as it may be

people often only live for "me"

to get what they want

to find what they need

and im afraid im guilty

of doing the same thing

so, ill lay down my wants

ill give up my needs

and ill try to live for you
