Chp. 2
"Oi, Tsuki, didn't I tell you not to mess with the elite?"
"But he was wrong! And besides, I didn't even know he was one of the elite! I have no idea what they all look like!"
"Oops! I guess I didn't tell you who the elite are. That guy just right then is Watahi Yahsiya. You will meet the rest at the assembly today at 10:30. Well I should go now bye."
"Thanks Neena, and bye."
Tsuki watches Neena leave and then leaves herself too. It was soon 10:30. She watches as the rest of the class emerge from their seats and one by one walk out the door. None of them make a sound, as if they were too frightened to go to the assembly where the elite are. Tsuki, walks out the door with Neena, who appeared out of nowhere. The auditorium was huge. They had the finest seats and the stage was just marvelous. Lights shone down on the floor, and red curtains swept the floor. Sitting next to Neena, she was nervous and scared, just as the other students might have been.
Soon enough, the elite came out, each getting applauses. The last elite's applause was loudest and Tsuki concluded that he was Tadomiya Inidon, their leader. She was correct. He was the first to announce himself as Tadomiya Inidon, the leader. He was six feet tall, the tallest of them all and pretty much good looking. Next was Ruchii Naami, another good-looking guy, probably five feet eight or so. He was the funny one of the elite; for he did a trick that made everyone, even Tsuki laugh. Watahi Yahsiya, the hotheaded one came out next and announced himself coolly, as if the whole assembly was nothing. Ryoko Nedashi, perhaps the most good-looking of them all, introduced himself and sat on his seat quietly. Lastly, Sana Nayo, the only girl of the elite came out, just as a whole band of boys shouted and whistled. Tsuki admitted to herself that Sana Nayo was indeed pretty, good enough to become a model. She averaged on five feet seven or possibly taller, wore a very nice blouse and skirt that Tsuki could imagine her waking up at five in the morning, going over and over the large closet of clothes she owned.
"Tsuki, Tsuki!" Someone was calling her. She awoke from her dream and found Neena poking her.
"Tsuki!" she said in raspy high pitched voice, "Go up!"
"For what?" Tsuki asked dumbfoundedly, wanting to go back to daydreaming.
"As new students, we have to go up and shake hands with them!" she says and pushes her up. Tsuki walked up slowly, careful not to hit anything because of her clumsiness. As she reaches the stage, she realizes that the elite were staring at her, as if to tell her to speed up her pace. She does so and trips over a bucket, then finding herself in the hands of Ryoko Nedshi, who was smiling at her. She quickly got up and felt her cheeks go red. Tsuki strolled her way to the leader, shook hands, then went to the next, until she reached Ryoko. He was still smiling at her and she whispered a sorry to him before shaking hands with Sana. Sana smiled at her and said something she didn't hear, but before she could ask her again, Tsuki was ushered off the stage. The girls in their seats watched Tsuki with envy; her being able to be touched by Ryoko. Neena was staring at Tsuki wide eyed, then covering her mouth, trying not to laugh.
"What?" Tsuki asked.
"Nothing," says Neena, trying her best not to laugh, "It was just funny how you tripped and got saved by Ryoko."
"Oh,' says Tsuki, feeling more miserable. It was Neena's turn and she walked up quickly, having such long legs. She shook hands with all of the elite, then stopping to talk to Sana.
"I never knew that you were friends with Sana." Said Tsuki as Neena approached her seat.
"Of course I know her, or how else would we have gotten past Watahi Yahsiya today? Watahi knows that if he messes with any of Sana's friends, he would get in a fit with her."
"So does that mean that Sana has more power than Watahi?"
"No!" she smacks Tsuki's head.
"Ow! What was that for?"
"Don't you get it? Watahi doesn't mess with Sana's friends because he likes Sana!"
"OH!! Bur you didn't have to smack my head!"
"Hah, that just slipped out of my hand. Sorry."
