This
is my first fiction based on a Korean Drama, "Sorry, I love
you."

Prologue
Obviously, she couldn't hide it anymore. Her tears started rolling from her eyes. She looked at the man standing in front of her with the most sorrowful sadness.
"I can't make you stay, can I?" She said with a painful smile on her face. "I'd like to make you stay."
The man just stood still and looked at her with the same pair of sad brown eyes which she knew well. He didn't say a word because he was afraid of what he said might only bring her down. He didn't want it to be like this. He didn't plan this to happen. He hated to go as much as he hated himself for causing her to cry.
"I'm sorry." Simple as it had been said, and he walked away, leaving her to cry alone.
As she saw him walking steps farther away from where she was standing, she suddenly ran toward him. Putting her arms around him from behind like she never wanted to let him go, she said to him in a shivering voice.
"I'm…I'm sorry. Please, don't go. Please…"
He
let go of her arms wrapping around him and turned himself against
her. He looked deep in her eyes once again with his own eyes almost
filled with tears. His shaking hand touched her face and slightly
brushed her cheek.
"But all I can give you is only sadness and pains…" His first tear was falling from his eye.
"I'm sorry, I love you. I love you, John." She looked deep in his sad eyes, showing him her true feeling for him.
He slightly smiled and held her tight to him. He whispered in her eyes with tears rolling down, "I'm sorry…I'm…sorry."
She was crying harder this time and only kept saying,
"I love you.
I love you, John.
I love you.
I do love you.
I really love you, John."
"I am sorry, Sandra. I'm…sorry." He cried harder.
"I…love…you!"
"I'm sorry." Then he broke the embrace and looked at her for one last time before he began to walk away. This time he didn't look back. No matter how many times she called out his name, he still kept walking away with no looking back.
' Sandra,
I'm sorry. I didn't plan on this to happen. I didn't plan on loving you like I do. I'm sorry for making you cry and giving you nothing but pains and sadness. I hate myself for seeing you cry and knowing that I am the reason. I know I shouldn't. But I am sorry for loving you, Sandra. I'm sorry, I love you.'
