Chaos Theory

Chapter 1 – The Theory

When a difference is made to the running of a machine or process that has very little in the way of short term effects, but causes major erratic disturbances in the long term. Chaos.

It is more commonly known as "The Butterfly Effect" in which it is stated that a butterfly could flap its wings in England and cause a thunder storm in Australia.

It is easiest to think of this like ripples and waves through water. How the smallest movement can cause small ripples at the epicenter, but large ripples as the disturbance moves further out.

So, in theory if it happens with water then it could happen to other things, like say, Time. A small change in the past could destroy yours and others futures. Or, make them better then they could have ever imagined… and you thought time travel was simple… we'll see about that…
