Red hot white pearl of wisdom
Resting on the brick floor
Burning a hole and scorching the air
Scented with forgiveness
Forgotten lilac lullabies
Tell me of a different world
Sing to me of a better time

In ignorance and uniform
I march, fed on daylight delights
My silence bought in ounces of chloroform

Smoke filling your nostrils with intention
Blankets covering you since inception
Carve this, on the old wooden floor
"Need I say more, Need I say more?"
With a light of a bic and the taste of your sick
I inhale my memory laspe medicine

In ignorance and uniform
I march, fed on daylight delights
My silence bought with words I stole from you

Ripcord pulled and curtain closed
I can harm myself no more for pearls of wisdom
With ignorance and uniform as my cross and sheild
I shall back down forever, but never will I yeild
Beyond the smoke and mirrors
I am nothing but a mist of nothingness
Rising from the pipe in my hand
