Love Me Or Hate Me

by, Cassandra

Can you read me like a book?
I highly doubt you can.
Don't claim to know the girl
By the outside cover only.

I'm a million and one different things,
A thousand different words.
Try to capture me with a hundred colors,
But a hundred's not enough.

I'm the stillness in the wind,
The warmth in the moon.
The sound in the silence.
Countless oxymoron's.

I always contradict myself,
But that's what makes it fun.
You so can't pin me down.
I'm all over the place, you see.

So love me or hate me,
I don't really care.
Someone will love me for me
Despite it all. You'll see.
