Hidden Storm Sonnet

I seek not the everlasting love game

I only wish to graze your flight of rain

Your shyness makes me wonder your true aim

Yet you make my thoughts rampage in life's chain

Your eyes shine a dull leaf in the fall light

The waves crashing upon your silent soul

The wind is steady, the air makes its flight

As the moon travels once more on patrol

No words are exchanged to break the silence

As I stare at the raging storm within

I feel that this is you hidden menace

One only I am able to drive in

It is your hidden storm I seek from you

It calms my spirit like morning's fresh dew

This was a school assignment for my english class. it is, as the title suggest, a sonnet.
