It wasn't until my second year away,

That I met this particular girl who had to say

All of the words that I wanted to hear.

The conversations were more and more engaging,

It wasn't long before my ideas started changing,

I wish I would've seen she wasn't being clear.

Had I have noticed I would've spared us some trouble,

I wouldn't be here now, sifting through all of the rubble.

I just had no idea that her vision was doubled.

Finally I got it into my head,

She really wasn't all that intellectual,

When she lit up that cigarette and said:

"So that's why lesbians hate bisexuals."

It turns out that the whole night was muddled,

Miscommunications leaving us befuddled.

We didn't know until after,

While looking for closure and relabeling,

Using a little Jose Cuervo for enabling

Open conversation and laughter.

All we had wanted was a little bit of fun,

Although I was looking for something long run,

But before it even started it was done.

Finally I got it into my head,

She really wasn't all that intellectual,

When she lit up that cigarette and said:

"So that's why lesbians hate bisexuals"
