Rusted chains of broken lace.

Bound to this bed of lies.

Heart stopped beating without a trace.

Muffled now amidst the cries.

Mangled corpse a bitter lose.

Bound up and brushed aside.

Left you bare, with nothing to hide.

The heart within, withered and dried.

Shudder now, truth gone astray.

Lies are told to ease the pain.

Rotting heart, soul's decay,

Slit your wrists, a darkening stain.

Stuttered breaths, weary gasps,

Lay you down, to rest at last.

Close your eyes, whisper a prayer,

For when you're gone, you'll no longer care.
