The Remly Times

Oswald Saves Remly

In recent weeks the dragons have moved in and taken over. They have been destroying villages and destroying fields. We all believed Remly was doomed. As the dragons worked their way across the countryside they destroyed everything in their path.

After rampaging all across ore northern fields they have finally settled in a valley on the Northwest edge of Remly. The dragons were quiet for a while, but who knew how long that would've lasted? One man decided to try to stop their rampage. Oswald went into the dragon valley last Thursday. The dragons remained in the valley while Oswald was there. The popular opinion was that Oswald had gotten eaten by the dragons, or burned to death Early yesterday mourning Oswald the Great was seen flying out of dragon valley on the back of dragon!.

"I have the power of Stonewell!" Oswald shouted repeatedly flying towards Remly City with a gray stone clutched in his hand. He land in a large field outside of Remly City gates. The dragon stayed just outside the city gates as Oswald went into Remly City to talk with the mayor.

Oswald was not available for comment but Major Jipple was. Major Jipple agreed to talk to us about Oswalds plans for the dragons.

"Now that Oswald has obtained the power of Stonewell, Remly will be able to control the dragons. Having control of the dragons will be a great boon to all of Remly. Oswald the Great has agreed to give a specially selected group of people the power of Stonewell so they can become Dragon Keepers and control the dragons.

"Oswald has done a great, great service to Remly and I officially proclaim him Oswald the Great!" Major Jipple told The Remly Times.

Oswald is truly deserving of the title of Oswald the Great. Oswald was a country boy from a small farm in a small village. It was Oswald who rose to the challenge when our kingdom was threatened. He bravely went into Dragon Valley and came out victorious. He has saved our kingdom from a terrible threat. Once an insignificant country boy, now Oswald the Great, a hero. Thank you Oswald the Great!
