A glass cage to live in
Can be a sanctuary or a hell,
But either way, forget not that it is breakable.
Glass is fragile, and will shatter
Should you choose to break it.
The light that comes through your walls
Inspires the most brilliant of poets,
And pours over the paper you express your mind onto
Remember your observers only see what you display
The walls of you mind are opaque as
A two-way mirror.
And if the home you call a prison
Begins to feel too concrete,
Remember there are always those willing to pay your bail.
