Brighter than the sun can ever be

Flames stretching from mountains to sea

Gliding up to the clouds and beyond

Lasting from dusk till dawn

Will these sparks ever be contained?

Or will they last forever and never wane

Burning all that's in its sight

Can't help but be in awe at its might

Can destroy lives in a minute

Happens so fast you can't predict it

Tears are shed and blood flows free

But whatever happens it was meant to be

Just be thankful you have your life

There are many people that are in more strife
